APPOINTING COMMISSIONER OF THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, pursuant to the
provisions of Act 3483, Housing Authorities Law, (See. 34200 etc. Health and
Safety Code) SIDNEY A. HAAG be, and he is hereby, appointed as Commissioner of the
Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, for a term expiring on August 10, 1956,
to fill the unexpired term of T. A. Greig, resigned, and to serve until his
successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 5th day of January,, 1954, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Jones, McCall,,, Moresi and President
Sweeney, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT., None.
