AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT
NOy(U)-22357 (CHANGE "I") RELATING TO SPECIAL SERVICES
TO NAVY PUBLIC QUARTERS AND NAVY HOUSING HOMOJA "B"
WHEREAS, the United States of America, District Public Works Office,
Twelfth Naval District, San Bruno, California, has submitted. a form of agreement
amending Contract NOy(U)-22357, (Change "I") relating to special services for Navy
off -station Public Quarters (formerly Defense housing project CAL -4111) and Homoja
housing -project "B", Naval Air Station, whereby the lump sum annual cost for services
enumerated in Article 1, Section 1, is changed to read 08,326.90, in lieu of
$6,825.12, effective July 1, 1953; and
WHEREAS, the form of said Change "I" has been presented to this Council
and this Council is familiar with the provisions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest that said amendment Change "I"
should be executed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the aforesaid agreement amending Contract NOy(U)-22357 (Change ttifl) be entered into,
and the Mayor of the City of Alameda is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Alameda and the City Clerk is authorized to attest
the same.

and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda. in regular
meeting assembled on the 5th day of January, 1954, by the following vote, to wit:
