RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT! OF ALAMEDA that the SDocifications
filed in the office of the City Clerk on December 15,1953, No. MS 12-53-14, for
operating refreshment concessions in Washington Park, Lincoln Park, Krusi Park,
McKinley Park and Thomoson Field, in the City of Alameda, California, for the
period comnencing January 1, 1954, and ending December 31, 1955, be, and the same
are hereby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
scaled bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock P. M. on Tuesday, January 5, 1954, for
the privilege of operating refreshment concession in Washington Park, Lincoln Park,
Krusi Park, McKinley Park and Thompson Field, in the City of Alameda, in accordance
with said Specifications. Bids must be presented to tka City Clerk, in the City Hall,
in Alameda, California, u-nder sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside "Proposal
for Park Concession", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder who sub-
mits the highest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids,
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -Star,
a notice callin; for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this resolution
and of said Sneelfications.

and regularly introduced and adopted b7 the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 15th day of December, 1953, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, jones, McCall, Mores i and President
Sweeney, (1).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
