APPOINTING COMMISSIONER OF TIE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE C I TY OF ALAMEDA
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF ALAMEDA that, pursuant to the
provisions of Act 3483, Housing Authority Law, FREDERICK W. ZOCHER 'be, and he is
hereby, appointed as Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda
for a term expiring on August 10, 1957, to fill the unexpired term of Earl D.
Garber, resigned, and to serve until his successor is appointed. and is qualified.
I, the undersigned hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 3rd day of November, 1953, by the following vote, to wit..
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Jones, McCall, Moresi and President
Sweeney, (5).
NOES: Nome®
