CREATING AND ESTABLISHING ONE (1) ADDITIONAL POSITION
OF POLICE SERGEANT IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TILE CITY OF ALAMEDA that one (1)
additional position of Police Sergeant be, and is hereby, created and established
in the Police Department of the City of Alameda.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the provisions of this resolution shat supersede
thos portions of Resolution No. 4786, and of any other resolution in conflict
herewith.. (Code No. 620), and all such conflicting provisions are, to the extent
of such conflict only, hereby rescinded and annulled.
