ESTABLISH! -!,TC, 67.2 HOUR 1,�rORK WEEK FOR UNIFORMED
PERSONNEL OF THE, ALAMEDA FIRE DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
That in pursuance of the provisions of Paragraph 1,3 Section 3 of Resolution
4786, there is hereby established a work week for the uniformed personnel of the Fire
Deaprtment, which work week from and after November 16, 1953 shall be sixty seven and
two tenths (67.2) hours. The provisions of this resolution shall apply to all uniform-
ed members of said Fire Department, excepting the Chief of the Department, the officer
assigned to Civil Defense, the officer assigned to fire prevention and the Training

I. the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned
regular meeting assembled on the 27th day of October, 1953, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Jones, McCall, Moresi and President
Sweeney, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
