ACCOUNT05.250 IN ORDER TO INCREASE FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
FOR SERVICES OF JAMES M. CAMPBELL PLANNING CONSULTANT
WHEREAS, it is necessary- to increase the budget for the fiscal year in
order to pay for the services of James M. Campbell, Planning Consultant;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEF�A that

the sum of ?3,,000,00 be., and the same is hereby, transferred from Reserve for Other
Contingencies Account 199.200 to Professional and. Consulting Service Account 105.250.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make
said transfer on their respective books and records.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned
regular meeting assembled on the 27th day of October, 1953, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Jones, McCall, Moresi and President
Sweeney, (5).
NOES., None.
