M IEREAS, Section 12-756 of the Alameda Punicipal Code requires that the
City Council shall, from time to time, by resolution, fix and determine the period
of time firing which any person, except the owner, his manager and bona fide
Prnioyees, shall be nermittger d to remain or live in any trailer camp within the
City of Alameda;
NOW TUEREFOPE, BE IT FZS0LVD BY THE COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF ALAMEDA,
that the neriod of time durinq which nny Person, except the owner, his manager
and bona fide employees, shall be peinitted to remain or live in any trailer camp
within the City of Alameda, be, and the same is hereby, fixed at S0,
months in any pertod of one (1) year.
A the undersigned, hereby certify thst the foreqoinq Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regniar meetinj assembled on the 6th day of October, 1953, by the following vote,
to wit:
