AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH JAMES
V. CAYPBELL, PLANNINO COWSULTANT, AN -111") APFROVIN' ,1- THE
TERMS THEREOF
WhERRAS, the City is desirous of obtaininy a Easter Plan for the City of
Alameda and dames h. CarTbell is a Planning Consoltant qualified b7 experience and,
training to ppepare such a plan; and
WHEREAS, a foim of Agreement between the City of Alameda snd James M.
Campbell, whereby said James M. Campbell agrees to prepare and deliver to the City
surveys, plans and services set forth in detail in said form of Agreement, has been
presented to this Council and this Council is familiar with the provisions and con-
ditions the and
RHEREAS, it is in the public interest that said 7reement should be
execqted;

the aforesaid 'pre ement and the terms and cand it!ons thereof be, and the same is
hereby, accepted and approved by the City of Alaneda, and the Mayor of the City of
Alameda is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement on behalf of the
City of Alameda end the City Clerk is authorized to attest the same.
