alongWHEREAS, a certain indenture dated the 5th day of August,, 1953, made by and
between United States of America, acting by and through the Housing and Home Finance
Agency., Public Housing Administration, grantor, and City of Alameda, a municipal
corporation, grantee, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered by said grantor
to the City of Alameda, and
WHEREAS, by said indenture, the grantor granted to the City of Alameda a
permanent easement and right of way to, at any time, or from time to time, construct,
maintain, operate, replace remove and renew underground sanitary sewers and/or storm
drains, in, through, under and that piece, strip or parcela. ! in
indenturethe City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, more particularly

WHEREAS, the City of Alameda did, on the 18th day of August, 1953, accept
