Alameda Unified School District, a public body,desires to
lease from the City of Alameda a portion of McKinley Park, known as Thompson
for as a football- • for other sports, * period of one
WHEREAS, a form of lease containing the terms and conditions to be
agreed upon between the City of Alameda and Alameda Unified School District,
and more particularly describing the portion of said park to be lease, has
been prepared and submitted to this Council atIts regular meeting held on
August 4. 1953*9
NOVI TIHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED OF
that the Mayor of said City be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to
