REAPPOINTING BACHIR HADID AS A MEMBER OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to California
Health and Safety Code Section 34270 and the Code of Federal Regulations 964.405, 964.410,
964.415, 964.430, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Bachir Hadid is hereby appointed to
the office of tenant member of the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners of the City
of Alameda for a full term commencing September 20, 2022, and expiring on June 30,
2024, and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting
assembled on the 20th day of September 2022 by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Herrera Spencer, Knox White,
Vella and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft — 5.
NOES: None.
