MINUTES OF THE CONTINUED SEPTEMBER 28, 2022 CITY COUNCIL MEETING
MONDAY- -OCTOBER 17, 2022- -5:00 P.M.
Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft reconvened the continued meeting at 5:18 p.m.
Roll Call – Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Herrera Spencer, Knox White,
Vella and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft – 5. [Councilmember Herrera
Spencer was present via Zoom.]
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(22-641) Public Employee Appointment/Hiring (Pursuant to Government Code Section
54957); Title/Description of Positions to be Filled: City Manager
Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and Councilmember Knox
White moved approval of continuing the meeting to October 18, 2022 at 5:00 p.m .
Vice Mayor Vella seconded the motion, which ca rried by the following roll call vote:
Councilmembers Daysog: Aye; Herrera Spencer: Aye; Knox White: Aye; Vella: Aye; and
Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft: Aye. Ayes: 5.
Adjournment
At 9:24 p.m., Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft continued the meeting to 5:00 p.m. on October 18,
2022.
