REAPPOINTING DIANNE YAMASHIRO-OMI AS A MEMBER OF THE
SOCIAL SERVICES HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to the
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-9.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Dianne
Yamashiro-Omi is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Social Services
Human Relations Board of the City of Alameda for a full term commencing July 5, 2023,
and expiring on June 30, 2027, and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 5th day of July 2023, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Herrera Spencer, Jensen, Vella
and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft — 5.
NOES: None.

ABSTENTIONS: None.
