Mayor Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 6:55 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr and Mayor Appezzato - 5.
[Note: Councilmember Johnson arrived at 7:15 p.m.]
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(01 -001) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation; Name
of Case: Alameda Belt Line v. City of Alameda.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor Appezzato announced that the City Council gave
instructions to Legal Counsel.
Adjournment
There being no further business before the City Council, Mayor
Appezzato adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:20 p.m.
