Acting Chair DeWitt convened the Annual Meeting at 7:34 p.m. Board
Member Johnson led the Pledge of Allegiance. Reverend Jack
Buckley, First Presbyterian Church, gave the Invocation.
ROLL CALL - Present: Board Members Daysog, Johnson, Kerr and
Acting Chair DeWitt - 4.
Absent: Chair Appezzato - 1.

Corporation Meeting of February 1, 2000.
Board Member Johnson moved approval of the Minutes.
Board Member Kerr seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 4. [Absent: Chair Appezzato - 1.1
