Mayor Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 7:10 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr and Mayor Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(01 -106) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property: 1815
Elm Street; Negotiating Parties: City of Alameda and Allied
Housing; Under Negotiation: Disposition strategy.
(01 -107) Public Employee Performance Evaluation; Titles: City
Manager, City Attorney, and City Clerk.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor Appezzato announced that regarding Conference with Real
Property Negotiator, the City Council gave instructions to the City
Attorney to proceed with the disposition of 1815 Elm Street and to
place matter on a public agenda; regarding Public Employee
Performance Evaluation, instructions were given to bring back
contracts on a public agenda.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:30 p.m.
