TUESDAY- -APRIL 3, 2001- -6:50 P.M.
Mayor Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 6:50 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers DeWitt, Johnson and Mayor
Appezzato - 3.
Absent: Councilmembers Daysog and Kerr - 2.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(01 -156) Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation;
Initiation of litigation pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section
54956.9; Number of potential cases: Two.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor Appezzato announced that the City Council authorized
litigation of one case and the other case was held over until April
17, 2001.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:15 p.m.
