Mayor Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 5:30 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr and Mayor Appezzato - 5.
[Note: Councilmember Kerr arrived at 6:30 p.m. for
the Conference with Real Property Negotiator.]
Absent: None.
(01 -230) Public Employee Performance Evaluation; Title: City
Manager.
(01 -231) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property:
Ballena Bay; Negotiating Parties: City of Alameda and Ballena Isle
Marina, LLC; Under Negotiation: Price and terms.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor Appezzato announced that regarding the Public Employee
Performance Evaluation, the City Council discussed the performance
of the City Manager; and regarding Conference with Real Property
Negotiator, instructions were given to Real Property Negotiators.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 6:40 p.m.
