AND THE PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD MEETING
THURSDAY- - JANUARY 17, 2002- -4:30 P.M.
Mayor Appezzato convened the Special Joint Meeting at 4:30 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Board Members Baldassarre, Flint, Lucas,
McCormick, Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt,
Johnson, Kerr and Mayor Appezzato - 9.
Absent: Board Member Russum - 1.
The Special Joint Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to
consider:
(02 -050) Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation;
Initiation of litigation pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section
54956.9; Number of cases: One.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Joint Meeting was
reconvened and Mayor Appezzato announced that the Council /Board
gave instructions to the City Attorney on initiation of litigation.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Appezzato adjourned the
Special Joint Meeting at 5:00 p.m.
