Member Johnson led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL - Present: Board Members Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr and Chair Appezzato - 4.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
(02 -01) Minutes of the Special Alameda Public Improvement
Corporation Meeting of February 20, 2001. Approved.
Board Member Johnson moved approval of the Minutes.
Board Member Kerr seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
