Meeting of March 20, 2001, and the Special Joint City Council,
Community Improvement Commission and Alameda Public Financing
Authority Meetings of August 21, 2001 and January 15, 2002.
Approved.
Board Member Johnson moved approval of the minutes.
Board Member DeWitt seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.

There being no further business, Chair Appezzato adjourned the
Annual Meeting at 8:16 p.m.
