Absent: Planning Board Members Rossi - 1.
(02 -177) The Special Meeting was adjourned to a Work Session to
discuss: the Northern Waterfront Specific Plan; Alameda Point
General Plan Amendment Environmental Impact Report and Housing
Element; Zoning Ordinance update; Design Guidelines Revamp; Parking
for New Development; and Functions and Operations.
