Mayor /Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 6:00 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers /Board Members Daysog,
DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr and Mayor /Chair

Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(02 -258B) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation;
Negotiating Parties: Manex Entertainment, Inc., Alameda Reuse
and Redevelopment Authority, City of Alameda et al; Case Number:
2002 - 045046; 2002 - 038073; and 2001- 023739.
Following the Closed Session was reconvened and Mayor /Chair
Appezzato announced that direction was given to Legal Counsel.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor /Chair Appezzato adjourned
the Special Joint Meeting at 6:10 p.m.
