Mayor /Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 6:40 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers /Commissioners /Board
Members Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr,
and Mayor Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(CC 02- 326)(CIC 02 -017) Conference with Real Property Negotiator;
Property: Alameda Point /Alameda Naval Air Station; Negotiating
parties: Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority, City Council,
Community Improvement Commission and Alameda Point Community
Partners; Under negotiation: Price and terms.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor /Chair Appezzato announced that the City Council /CIC /ARRA
gave instructions to General Counsel /City Attorney.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor /Chair Appezzato adjourned
the Special Meeting at 7:05 p.m.
