Mayor Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 4:07 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr and
Mayor Appezzato - 4.
Absent: Councilmember Daysog - 1.
Agenda Item
(02 -293) Study Session to consider the City's Two -year Financial
Plan and Capital Improvement Projects for Fiscal Year 2002 -04.
The City Manager gave a brief Power Point presentation.
Mayor Appezzato noted that in January or February after the State
budget and City salary negations are resolved, there will be big
budget challenges to address.
Councilmember Kerr requested a supplemental report on the estimates
from proposed land sales in the Fleet Industrial Supply Center as
well as tax increment estimates.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 4:27 p.m.
