Acting Mayor DeWitt convened the Special Meeting at 6:10 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Johnson, Kerr and
Acting Mayor DeWitt - 4.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(02 -495) Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation;
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to subdivision (b) of
Section 54956.9. Number of potential cases: One.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Acting Mayor DeWitt announced that Council gave instructions to
the City Attorney and no action was taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Acting Mayor DeWitt adjourned the
Special Meeting at 6:25 p.m.
