TUESDAY - - DECEMBER 17, 2002 - - 6:35 P.M.
Acting Mayor DeWitt convened the Special Meeting at 6:50 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Johnson, Kerr and
Acting Mayor DeWitt - 4.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(02 -569) Labor Negotiations /Public Employee Performance
Evaluation; Title: City Manager and City Attorney.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Acting Mayor DeWitt announced that Council discussed labor
negotiations and performance evaluations of the City Manager and
City Attorney.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Acting Mayor DeWitt adjourned the
Regular Meeting at 7:15 p.m.
