TUESDAY - - DECEMBER 3, 2002 - - 5:50 P.M.
Acting Mayor DeWitt convened the Special Meeting at 5:50 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Johnson, Kerr and
Acting Mayor DeWitt - 4.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(02 -541) Liability Claims; Workers' Compensation Claim; Claimants:
Kimberly Rodekohr, John Cuellar, and Janice Borens; Agency Claimed
Against: City of Alameda
(02 -542) Labor Negotiations /Public Employee Performance
Evaluation; Title: City Manager and City Attorney.
Following the Closed Session the Special Meeting was reconvened and
Acting Mayor DeWitt announced that regarding Liability Claims, the
City Council gave instructions to the City Attorney to settle the
three (3) Workers' Compensation cases; regarding Labor
Negotiations, the City Council discussed Labor Negotiations and
Performance of the City Manager and City Attorney and no action was
taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Acting Mayor DeWitt adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:20 p.m.
