Chair Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 7:39 p.m.
Commissioner Daysog led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL - Present: Commissioners Daysog, DeWitt, Kerr,
Matarrese, and Chair Johnson - 5.
Absent: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Commissioner Matarrese moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Commissioner Daysog seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5. [Items so enacted or adopted are indicated by an
asterisk preceding the paragraph number.]
( *03 -001) Minutes of the Special Joint City Council, Community
Improvement Commission, and Housing Authority Board of
Commissioners Meeting and the Special Community Improvement
Commission Meeting of December 17, 2002. Approved. [Abstention:
Commissioner Matarrese - 1.]
( *03 -002) Recommendation to enter into an extension of the
Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with Atlas Properties, Inc. for the
Redevelopment of the Alameda Theatre. Accepted.
AGENDA ITEM
(03 -003) Resolution No. 03 -103, "Approving Preliminary Report to
Taxing Entities for the Amendments to the Community Improvement
Plans for the West End Community Improvement Project, Business and
Waterfront Improvement Project and Alameda Point Improvement
Project." Adopted
Commissioner Kerr moved adoption of the resolution.
Commissioner Matarrese seconded the motion, which carried by
unanimous voice vote - 5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair Johnson adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:41 p.m.
