TUESDAY- - JANUARY 21, 2003- -5:30 P.M.
Acting Mayor Daysog convened the Special Meeting at 5:40 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers DeWitt, Kerr, Matarrese
and Acting Mayor Daysog - 4.
Absent: Mayor Johnson - 1.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(03 -015) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation; Name
of Case: Halvorsen v. City of Alameda et al.
Following the Closed Session the Special Meeting was reconvened and
Acting Mayor Daysog announced that Council gave instructions to the
City Attorney and no action was taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Acting Mayor Daysog adjourned the
Special Meeting at 5:55 p.m.
