Corporation Meeting (APIC) of February 5, 2002. Held over.
Board Member Matarrese noted that he would abstain from voting on
the Minutes.
Chair Johnson requested the Minutes be held over until the next
APIC meeting.

There being no further business, Chair Johnson adjourned the
Annual meeting at 7:45 p.m.
