Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 6:45 P.M.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Kerr,
Matarrese, and Mayor Johnson - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(03 -053) Conference With Real Property Negotiator; Property: 1513
Pearl Street; Negotiating parties: City of Alameda and Shana
Salter; Under negotiation: Price and terms; and
Conference With Real Property Negotiator; Property: 1335 Caroline
Street; Negotiating parties: City of Alameda and Mikael and Janette
Blaisdell; Under negotiation: Price and terms.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor Johnson announced that Council gave instructions to Real
Property Negotiators for both properties.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:05 p.m.
