Board Member DeWitt moved approval of the Minutes.
Vice Chair Daysog seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 4. [Absent: Board Member Matarrese - 1.1

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair Johnson adjourned the Annual
Meeting at 7:44 p.m.
