Mayor Johnson convened the Special Joint Meeting at 6:30 p.m.

(03 -242) A Study Session was held to discuss: budgetary resources;
Park Master Plan and Community Needs Assessment; Alameda Point
Projects; Park Bond Projects; Public Art Program; and the
California Parks and Recreation Society VIP Program
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the
Special Meeting at 9:30 p.m.
