Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 7:07 p.m.

McFarland, Scatmeier, Spangler and Chair
Knox White, Councilmember Kerr and Mayor

Absent: Transportation Commissioners Barry, Clem,
Parker and Ratto and Councilmembers
Daysog, DeWitt and Matarrese - 7.
(03 -304) The Special Meeting was adjourned to a study session to
discuss: clarification of the roles and responsibilities of the
Transportation Commission, and discussion of long -term
transportation planning in Alameda.
Adjournment
The Special Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
