Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 5:30 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Gilmore,
Kerr, Matarrese and Mayor Johnson -

Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(03 -412) Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation;
Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Subdivision (b) of
Section 54956.9; Number of cases: One.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor Johnson announced that the Council obtained a briefing
from the City Attorney and gave instructions to the City Attorney.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the
Special Meeting at 5:40 p.m.
