Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 6:00 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Gilmore, Kerr,
Matarrese and Mayor Johnson - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(03 -463) Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation;
Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Subdivision (b) of
Section 54956.9; Number of cases: One.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor Johnson announced that the Council met with Legal Counsel
and provided direction.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the
Special Meeting at 6:30 p.m.
