Matarrese, and Chair Johnson - 5.
Absent: None.

(03 -066) Minutes of the Special Community Improvement Commission
(CIC) Meeting and the Special Joint City Council and CIC Meeting of
October 21, 2003; and the Special CIC Meeting and Special Joint
City Council, CIC and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners
Meeting of November 4, 2003. Approved.
Commissioner Gilmore moved approval of the minutes.
Commissioner Daysog seconded the motion, which carried by the
following vote: Ayes: Commissioners Daysog, Kerr, Gilmore and Chair
Johnson - 4. Abstentions: Commissioner Matarrese - 1.
AGENDA ITEM
(03 -067) Resolution No. 03 -119, "Authorizing the Executive
Director to Execute a Third Amendment to the Disposition and
Development Agreement by and between the Community Improvement
Commission and Catellus Development Corporation." Adopted.
(03 -068) Resolution No. 03 -120, "Authorizing the Executive
Director to Enter into a Disposition and Development Agreement with
Catellus Development Corporation and Advancing California's
Emerging Technologies (ACET) for the Sale and Development of
Certain Real Property at the Fleet Industrial Supply Center."
Adopted.
Commissioner Daysog moved adoption of the resolutions.
Commissioner Matarrese seconded the motion, which carried by the
following vote: Ayes: Commissioners Daysog, Gilmore, Matarrese and
Chair Johnson - 4. Noes: Commissioner Kerr - 1.
Commissioner Kerr noted that she was opposed because ACET has not
been of any net economic benefit to the City.
