TUESDAY- - DECEMBER 16, 2003- -6:40 P.M.
Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 7:18 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Gilmore, Kerr,
Matarrese, and Mayor Johnson - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(03 -578) Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation;
Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Subdivision (b) of
Section 54956.9; Number of cases: One.
Following the closed session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor Johnson announced that the Council discussed significant
exposure to litigation, obtained a briefing and gave instructions
to the City Attorney.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:40 p.m.
