TUESDAY- - DECEMBER 16, 2003- -6:20 P.M.
Mayor /Chair Johnson convened the Special Joint Meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers /Board Members Daysog,
Gilmore, Kerr, Matarrese and Mayor /Chair
Johnson - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(03 -577) Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation;
Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Subdivision (b) of
Section 54956.9; Number of cases: One.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor /Chair Johnson announced that the Council /Authority
discussed significant exposure to litigation, obtained a briefing
and gave instructions to the City Attorney /Legal Counsel.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor /Chair Johnson adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:18 p.m.
