TUESDAY- - FEBRUARY 15, 2000- -6:40 P.M.
Mayor Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 6:50 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Kerr and
Mayor Appezzato - 4.
Absent: Councilmember Johnson - 1.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(00 -76) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation; Name
of Case: City of Alameda and Citizens League for Airport
Safety and Serenity v. Port of Oakland, Board of Port
Commissioners, and Does I -XXV.
Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and Mayor
Appezzato announced that the City Council discussed the status of
the Case and gave instructions to the City Attorney; no action was
taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business before the City Council, Mayor
Appezzato adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:00 p.m.
