TUESDAY- -MARCH 21, 2000- -7:10 P.M.
Mayor Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 7:10 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr and Mayor Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(00 -127) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation; Name
of Case: USA Catamarans, Inc. v. City of Alameda.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor Appezzato announced that the City Council gave
instructions to the City Attorney regarding settlement disposition.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:25 p.m.
