Mayor /Chair Appezzato convened the Special Joint Meeting at 5:08
p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers /Board Members DeWitt,
Johnson, Kerr, and Mayor /Chair Appezzato

Absent: Vice Mayor /Board Member Daysog - 1.
The Special Joint Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to
consider:
(00 -182) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property:
Alameda Point and Fleet Industrial Supply Center; Negotiating
Parties: City of Alameda, Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority
and United States Navy; Under Negotiations: Terms and Conditions.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Joint Meeting was
reconvened and Mayor /Chair Appezzato announced that no action was
taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor /Chair Appezzato adjourned
the Special Joint Meeting at 5:35 p.m.
