Mayor Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 7:05 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr, and Mayor Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(00 -204) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation;
Name of Case: California Check Cashing v. City of Alameda.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor Appezzato announced that the City Council took no action,
instructions were given to the City Attorney.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:20 p.m.
