TUESDAY- - OCTOBER 3, 2000- -6:30 P.M.
Vice Mayor Daysog convened the Special Meeting at 7:15 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson
and Kerr - 4.
Absent: Mayor Appezzato - 1.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(00 -540) Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation;
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Subdivision (b) of
Section 54956.9; Number of Potential Cases: One.
Richard Neveln, Alameda, requested the City Attorney to provide him
with copies of Subdivision (b) of Section 54956.9.
Following the Closed Session the Special Meeting was reconvened and
Vice Mayor Daysog announced that City Council gave direction to the
City Attorney.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Vice Mayor Daysog adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:30 p.m.
