TUESDAY- - DECEMBER 5, 2000- -6:45 P.M.
Mayor Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr and Mayor Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(00 -653) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property: Coast
Guard Island; Negotiating Parties: City of Alameda and U.S. Coast
Guard; Under Negotiations: Terms.
(00 -654) Public Employee Performance Evaluation; Titles: City
Manager and City Attorney.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor Appezzato announced that regarding Conference with Real
Property Negotiator, Council gave instructions to the City Attorney
and staff; and regarding Public Employee Performance Evaluation,
the City Council discussed the City Manager and City Attorney, no
action was taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business before the City Council, Mayor
Appezzato adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:30 p.m.
