RSLATING TO ThE OFAHATIuN AND MAINTLNANCE OF ALAMEDA

HS AS, a form of agreement by and between the City of
Alameda and the State of California, relating to the •maintenance
and operation of the Alameda Angling Access Area at the north end
of Grand Street, in the City of Alameda, has been proposed; and
Wt. j EaS , a form of said agreement has been duly filed with
the City Clerk of the City of Alameda, marked "Filed Nov. 18, 1957 ";
and
Wh R A; , the Council of the City of Alameda is informed and
aware of the contents of saidsgreement and approves same;

ALAM )A that the City i }ianager of the pity of Alameda is hereby
authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda,
that certain agreement by and between the State of California and
the City of Alameda relating to the operation and maintenance of
the slaneda Angling Access Area at the north end of Grand Street,
and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to the same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
19th day of November, 1957, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen,
Schacht and President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
